Joey Padilla was born in New York but grew up in Coral Springs, Florida. After graduating High School in 2010, Joey attended the University of Central Florida where he received a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor degree in History. He then attended Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate while simultaneously running a craft beer bar and restaurant. With internship experience in both personal injury and consumer protection, Joey decided to dedicate his career to representing his community and holding insurance companies responsible for their actions.
Joey spent the first five years of his career working as a property damage attorney where he cut his teeth in the world of complex civil litigation. Joey has successfully negotiated and resolved millions of dollars in settlements on behalf of his clients. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and strategic approach, Joey works tirelessly to ensure that his clients receive the justice they deserve. Joey is eager to apply his expertise at Zimmerman & Frachtman as the head of the Property Claims Division and to continue to serve and protect his community.
