This case involved a minor plaintiff who rode his bicycle into the side of an S.U.V., as it rolled through a stop sign while exiting a parking lot. The boys bicycle handlebars caused a severing of the young man’s femoral artery. The defense argued the boy was solely to blame as the vehicle came to a full and complete stop. Just prior to trial Attorney Robert Baker settled the case for $1,100,000.
